1. Membership Plans
We offer both free and premium membership plans.
Paid plans provide enhanced matchmaking features.
2. Auto-Renewal & Billing
Premium memberships are auto-renewed unless canceled before expiry.
Users will receive renewal reminders before automatic deductions.
3. Cancellation & Expiry
Users can cancel membership anytime from their account settings.
Upon cancellation, access to premium features continues until plan expiry.
4. Account Deactivation & Deletion
Users may deactivate profiles temporarily or delete them permanently.
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
