As a matrimonial platform designed for adults, Divya Rishte has a zero-tolerance approach toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child grooming, sexual exploitation of children, and any other activity that may endanger children.
These Child Safety Standards explain our policies and procedures for preventing, identifying, reporting, and taking action against content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Divya Rishte strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on its website, mobile application, platform, and associated services.
Users must not use Divya Rishte to create, upload, share, distribute, request, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage in any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, child grooming, sexual exploitation of children, sexual solicitation of children, sextortion involving children, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, or any other conduct that places a child at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation.
Divya Rishte strictly prohibits the creation, upload, storage, sharing, distribution, promotion, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) through our platform.
Any content that depicts or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child is prohibited, regardless of whether the content is shared publicly, privately, through a profile, message, photograph, video, or any other communication or platform feature.
If Divya Rishte obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, we will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards, applicable laws, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Divya Rishte is an adult matrimonial platform intended for users who meet the applicable minimum age requirements.
Divya Rishte does not intentionally provide matrimonial or matchmaking services to children or minors. Users are expected to provide accurate age and identity-related information when creating and maintaining their profiles.
Any attempt to misrepresent age, create a profile for a child, or use the platform to establish inappropriate contact with a child is strictly prohibited.
Divya Rishte may take appropriate action, including restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts where there is a violation of applicable age restrictions or child-safety requirements.
Divya Rishte encourages users to report any suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, CSAM, inappropriate interaction with a child, or other child-safety concern immediately.
Users may report suspicious profiles, content, behaviour, or other safety concerns using the reporting or feedback mechanism available within the Divya Rishte application, where applicable.

When submitting a report, users should provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible, such as the profile or account involved, the nature of the concern, and any relevant information necessary for us to review the report.
Divya Rishte takes reports involving child safety seriously and will review reported concerns in accordance with our internal procedures, applicable laws, and these Child Safety Standards.
Where appropriate, actions may include:
• Removing prohibited or abusive content.
• Restricting or suspending user accounts.
• Permanently terminating accounts involved in serious violations.
• Preventing users from creating additional accounts where appropriate.
• Preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required.
• Cooperating with lawful requests from appropriate authorities.
• Taking additional measures necessary to protect users and children.
We may take immediate action when content or behaviour presents a significant safety concern or appears to violate applicable law or these standards.
If Divya Rishte becomes aware of content or activity that may constitute CSAM or CSAE, we will take appropriate action consistent with our published standards and applicable laws.
Such action may include removing or restricting access to the relevant content, suspending or terminating the associated account, reviewing related activity, preserving relevant information where legally appropriate, and reporting confirmed illegal activity to the relevant authorities when required by applicable law.
Divya Rishte will cooperate with lawful investigations and requests from competent law-enforcement or regulatory authorities concerning child safety matters.
All users of Divya Rishte are responsible for using the platform in a lawful, respectful, and safe manner.
Users must not:
• Upload, share, request, or distribute CSAM.
• Engage in sexual communication or conduct involving children.
• Attempt to groom, exploit, threaten, manipulate, or sexually solicit
a child.
• Create or operate an account representing a child for prohibited
purposes.
• Use the platform to facilitate the sexual exploitation or trafficking
of children.
• Attempt to circumvent age or safety restrictions.
• Ignore or misuse the platform's reporting and safety mechanisms.
Divya Rishte has designated a point of contact responsible for receiving and addressing child-safety related concerns, including potential notifications regarding CSAE or CSAM content associated with the platform.
The designated contact can communicate regarding our child-safety standards, review and enforcement procedures, reported concerns, and appropriate actions required to address violations.

Divya Rishte is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws, regulations, and lawful requirements applicable to the services we provide.
Where required by applicable law or lawful authority, Divya Rishte will take appropriate steps to report confirmed child sexual abuse material or other child-safety violations to the relevant authority and cooperate with lawful investigations.
Our child-safety procedures may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, platform policies, and industry safety practices.
Reports involving child safety concerns may contain sensitive information. Divya Rishte will handle such information responsibly and use it for purposes including reviewing reports, protecting users, preventing abuse, complying with applicable laws, and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.
Information may be retained or disclosed where necessary or permitted by applicable law, including for safety investigations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or cooperation with law-enforcement authorities.
Divya Rishte maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Any user found to be involved in CSAE, CSAM, child grooming, sexual exploitation of children, or other serious child-safety violations may have their account immediately restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated, subject to applicable law and our review procedures.
We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, applicable laws, Google Play requirements, or our safety and enforcement practices.
Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date. Users are encouraged to review these standards periodically.
